What does this store currently offer for International Delivery?
IMPORTANT UPDATE ON VAT FOR UK/EU CUSTOMERSDue to the new tax regulations since 2021, and the fact that we currently have no VAT ID, I will be accepting payments* for UK/EU orders through etsy. How it will work is, customers buying from the UK/EU are still able to order through my ecwid, but there will be a manual payment option set on those particular orders. Once you have placed an order, I will be sending you an etsy listing of the same order for you to pay from, which will charge the tax for that order. Once you have paid for the order via etsy, I will confirm the order and when I send it out, the IOSS number issues will be tagged on the package. This is to avoid delays or extra handling fees on top of tax as my ecwid store does not have a VAT ID registered. Thank you for your understanding!UPDATE AS OF APR-21
All orders purchased on Cephalxin's Ecwid/Etsy store will be shipped out using Qxpress - Registered Mail. We have discontinued our Unregistered Mail option as it has caused problems such as returned parcels in the past.
Qxpress delivery is a service that allows tracking outside of Singapore (Where I'm based) and I will attach Tracking numbers/Tracking Links to each Order Dispatch Notice Email once available.Countries available for this shipping method:

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that due to COVID-19, international mail delivery has been affected and Small Packet (Airmail) - Unregistered will take anytime between 5 - 30 Days or more to arrive.
What's this store's Returns/Exchanges Policy?
All orders made are final and returns are NOT allowed for international orders. If you have received a defective item, contact me via email or any of my social media and we will access the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer service recovery accordingly.
